The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida was the site of the 2008 Society of American Florists (SAF) 124th Annual Convention. The program, held September 17 through September 20th, was fast paced, informative and very relevant to the challenging world-wide problems existing in the floral industry today. While acknowledging the many issues facing retail and wholesale florists, most attendees were positive solutions will be found, and the Convention program went a long way toward those efforts.
